COVID 19 Booster Vaccinations

All patients over the age of 18 are being offered a Booster Covid 19 vaccination.   Patients over 18 can book their vaccinations through the National Booking Service ( or by phoning 119)

Please don't phone the surgery regarding your Covid Vaccination Appointment.   

Some Patients are being contacted via text message and also by letter sent to their registered address.  The text or letter will send a link for you to book your own vaccination appointment. Please ensure you inform the surgery if you change your mobile number or your address or email.

Children aged 12 and over with specific underlying health conditions that put them at risk of serious Covid-19, are now being offered Covid-19 vaccinations.


Coronavirus - Covid 19 - please do not attend the surgery if you have any symptoms of the virus :-

- a newly developed cough, difficulty in breathing, fever (temperature of 37.8 degrees C or higher).  Go online and book a Covid test or phone 119. Avoid contact with others. Stay at home, do not attend work or school. Do not travel other than to the Test Centre.

Ensure that we have your MOBILE PHONE number so that we may contact you.

Use the NHS App or the "Patient Access App" to book telephone appointments to speak to the Doctor and to order your repeat prescriptions. If you don't use the internet you can give permission for a relative or friend to access online Patient Access on your behalf.

COVID-19 Vaccine and Travel Update

From 17 May 2021, people in England who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can demonstrate their vaccination status for international travel. A full course is currently two doses of any approved vaccine. Vaccine status will be available from: 

It may take more than a week for your identity to be checked and verified so you can use these services.

If you cannot access these online services, and you have had 2 vaccines, you can request a paper letter from the NHS by calling 119. Only call 119 if you had your second dose more than 5 working days ago. It may take 7 working days for the letter to arrive.

This practice is not able to provide you with a letter that shows your COVID-19 vaccination status.

When you're planning your travel, check the latest information on demonstrating your COVID-19 status when travelling abroad on the website. Make sure there is time to get  proof of your vaccination status before you leave.
