Emotional Wellbeing Service 

The name of the East Riding Emotional Wellbeing Service is changing to NHS East Riding Talking Therapies.

NHS Talking Therapies is the new name for improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) services across the country.

Feeling stressed, anxious or down?  Don’t worry – help is available and you don’t even need to see your GP.   East Riding Talking Therapies are available 0800 to 1800 Monday to Friday and can be contacted on 01482 335451
