Patient Participation Group

We like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.  The Patient Participation Group helps to conduct the annual practice patient survey, decides on areas to concentrate on, reviews results and develops any action plans.  From time to time we ask members of this representative group some questions as to what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.

If you would like to be involved or would like to suggest areas for discussion within the PPG please write to the practice manager.   

The Friends and Family questionnaire is available online or you can request a paper copy from Reception.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please download the sign up form as a pdf document, print it out, complete it and return it to the practice.
