Ordering repeat prescriptions

The fastest and safest way to order your repeat prescription is online via Patient Access or the NHS App.    Ask at our reception if you require any further information to register with Patient Access or to download the NHS App.

You may also request a repeat prescription by leaving a written request in the box next to Reception.   To ensure no mistakes are made, where possible please use the white tear off slip which came with your medication.   Always use the exact drug names when ordering.

Please allow three full working days for your medication to be reviewed by the doctor and for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Please note we cannot take telephone requests for repeat prescriptions because of the possibility of error.
